How does the NeckFixer Pro work?

  • The NeckFixer Pro works by having a pump where you rest your chin which goes through a period of inflating and deflating. Simultaneously, the back will begin to compress. In combination, this will help to restore your neck's curvature.

Why does the NeckFixer Pro inflate & deflate?

  • The NeckFixer Pro stretches your cervical spine to restore your neck curvature to tackle neck pain at its root cause. The NeckFixer Pro is giving you the perfect stretch so it has to inflate & deflate. It's like if you're stretching your leg -- you wouldn't want to hold the stretch for 15 minutes straight!

How do I get more intensity?

  • The NeckFixer Pro has three levels of intensity. Low, Medium, & High. You can switch between these levels of intensity by pressing the "M" button on the device when it is turned on. You can also press the heat button to melt inflammation in the neck!

How long does it take for my order to finish processing?

  • We require at least 3 working days on average to fulfill your order and transport it to our carrier's sort facility. Some items may take longer especially around major holidays (up to 10 days).
